Reservation and cancellation conditions<\/span><\/h3>

Reservation deposit and additional cost of stay<\/strong>
A deposit in the amount is due for a binding stay order 25% ze sjednan\u00e9 ceny ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, a to p\u0159evodem na bankovn\u00ed \u00fa\u010det na z\u00e1klad\u011b vystaven\u00e9 z\u00e1lohov\u00e9 faktury. Doplatek sjednan\u00e9 ceny se hrad\u00ed p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edjezdem bankovn\u00edm p\u0159evodem nebo hotov\u011b. \u00dahradou z\u00e1lohov\u00e9 faktury host z\u00e1rove\u0148 vyjad\u0159uje sv\u016fj souhlas s rezerva\u010dn\u00edmi a storno podm\u00ednkami, stejn\u011b jako s domovn\u00edm a provozn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem Vala\u0161sk\u00e9ho \u0160aletu.<\/p>

Other terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p>

  • Check-in je striktn\u011b od 15:00 hodin, pokud nen\u00ed dohodnuto jinak. V pr\u016fb\u011bhu letn\u00edch pr\u00e1zdnin je z provozn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f check-in od 16:00.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. in the high season or by 1:00 p.m. outside the high season for weekend stays departing on a Sunday if circumstances allow.<\/li>
  • The minimum stay in the off-season is 2 nights.<\/li>
  • The main winter season is from 30.01. to 28.02. and the minimum stay during the winter holidays is set at 3 nights.<\/li>
  • The main summer season is from 28.06. until 31.08. and the minimum stay during the summer holidays is 7 nights.<\/li>
  • M\u00e9n\u011b po\u010detn\u00fdm skupin\u00e1m na Velkou nebo Malou chalupu mohou b\u00fdt ceny stanoveny individu\u00e1ln\u011b. Skupiny p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed kapacitu objektu jsou povinov\u00e1ny doplatit rozd\u00edl v cen\u011b dle platn\u00e9ho cen\u00edku. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b uveden\u00ed nepravdiv\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f o po\u010dtu ubytovan\u00fdch m\u00e1 provozovatel pr\u00e1vo odep\u0159\u00edt ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu po\u010dtu osob.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>
  • The operator is not liable for losses and damages to the guest's belongings and property caused by his own carelessness or negligence.<\/li>
  • Guests are not allowed to keep sports tools and other items in the interior of the cottage or apartment, for which another place is reserved for storage, especially bicycles, skis and snowboards.<\/li>
  • Parking is possible only in the reserved parking lot next to the building.<\/li>
  • Vyu\u017eit\u00ed wellness je k dispozici pouze ubytovan\u00fdm na Velk\u00e9 chalup\u011b nebo v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pron\u00e1jmu obou chalup sou\u010dasn\u011b i host\u016fm Mal\u00e9 chalupy. Provoz sauny a v\u00ed\u0159iv\u00e9 vany pouze v dob\u011b od 11.00 - 22.00. Provoz v\u00ed\u0159iv\u00e9 vany mus\u00ed b\u00fdt dohodnut se spr\u00e1vcem p\u0159edem a je zpoplatn\u011bn \u010d\u00e1stkou 500,-K\u010d\/den. Provoz sauny je zpoplatn\u011bn \u010d\u00e1stkou 300,-K\u010d\/den.<\/li>
  • Poplatek za nucenou v\u00fdm\u011bnu vody ve v\u00ed\u0159iv\u00e9 van\u011b z d\u016fvodu jej\u00edho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u010din\u00ed 3000,- K\u010d.<\/li>
  • Dob\u00edjen\u00ed elektrovoz\u016f (EV) pouze se souhlasem spr\u00e1vce objektu za poplatek a na m\u00edst\u011b tomu ur\u010den\u00e9m.<\/li>
  • RV parking only with the owner's or manager's consent.<\/li>
  • Host\u00e9 se zavazuj\u00ed k dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed domovn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1d a ohledupln\u00e9mu chov\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed no\u010dn\u00edho klidu mezi 22.00 - 06.00.<\/li>
  • Events demanding traffic (weddings, dance parties, outdoor audio or video projections, loud singing and music late into the night) must be agreed with the manager or owner in advance.<\/li>
  • Advertising and promotional events only with the written consent of the owner.<\/li>
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.<\/li>
  • It is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes indoors.

    Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
    • 0-29 dn\u00ed p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem na pobyt: the deposit is non-refundable *<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
    • 30-59 a v\u00edce dn\u00ed p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem na pobyt: 50% of the deposit paid is refundable<\/strong> *<\/span><\/li>
    • 60 or more days before starting the stay: 100% of the deposit paid is refundable<\/strong> *
      <\/span>*<\/span> note does not apply to reservations for summer stays, for which the reservation deposit is non-refundable.<\/li><\/ul>

      Refundable deposit<\/strong><\/p>

      • Chalet Petit: 5 000 K\u010d<\/li>
      • Chalet Grande: 15 000 K\u010d<\/li>
      • Chalet Grande and Petit: 20 000 K\u010d<\/li><\/ul>

        The refundable security deposit is used to possibly cover the costs of damages caused by the Accommodation. The refundable deposit can be paid in cash upon check-in or by bank transfer. In the same way, the deposit will be returned by the Host.<\/p>

        Further arrangements<\/strong>
        The lodger is entitled to cancel the stay for the following reasons:
        If the client does not pay the stay\/deposit properly and on time or if other reasonable circumstances arise.
        The host may terminate the guest's stay, without financial compensation, in the event that he grossly violates the house rules, and may also request financial compensation for damages caused by him. The Accommodation Provider decides on the amount of compensation.
        In case of cancellation of the stay by the Host due to other events, the cancellation fee is not charged.<\/p>

        The Client is not entitled to apply any sanctions or equivalent claims against the Accommodation Provider due to the forced cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>

        Jurisdiction<\/strong>
        All possible disputes arising in connection with the provision of accommodation by the Accommodation Provider, including the related services of the accommodation facility, are governed by Czech law and will be resolved by the competent court at the location of the Accommodation Provider, regardless of the seat\/residence of the Client.<\/p>

        All disputed issues will be resolved by the Accommodation Provider and the Client preferably through personal or written contact, and they will consider litigation as a last resort.<\/p>
