Reservation and cancellation conditions
Reservation deposit and additional cost of stay
A deposit in the amount is due for a binding stay order 30% of the agreed accommodation price, by transfer to a bank account based on the issued advance invoice. The additional payment of the agreed price is paid before arrival by bank transfer or in cash.
Other terms and conditions
- Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed.
- Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. in the high season or by 1:00 p.m. outside the high season for weekend stays departing on a Sunday if circumstances allow.
- The minimum stay in the off-season is 2 nights.
- The main winter season is from 30.01. to 28.02. and the minimum stay during the winter holidays is set at 3 nights.
- The main summer season is from 28.06. until 31.08. and the minimum stay during the summer holidays is 7 nights.
- The operator is not liable for losses and damages to the guest's belongings and property caused by his own carelessness or negligence.
- Guests are not allowed to keep sports tools and other items in the interior of the cottage or apartment, for which another place is reserved for storage, especially bicycles, skis and snowboards.
- Parking is possible only in the reserved parking lot next to the building.
- The use of wellness is available only to those staying at the Big Cottage or, in the case of renting both cottages at the same time, to the guests of the Small Cottage. Operation of the sauna and whirlpool only from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The operation of the whirlpool must be agreed with the administrator in advance and is charged at CZK 500/day.
- Charging of electric vehicles (EV) only with the consent of the building manager for a fee.
- RV parking only with the owner's or manager's consent.
- Guests undertake to comply with the house rules and considerate behavior, especially compliance with nighttime silence.
- Events demanding traffic (weddings, dance parties, outdoor audio or video projections, loud singing and music late into the night) must be agreed with the manager or owner in advance.
- Advertising and promotional events only with the written consent of the owner.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- It is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes indoors.
Cancellation Policy
- 0-30 days before starting the stay: the deposit is non-refundable
- 30-60 or more days before starting the stay: 50% of the deposit paid is refundable *
- 60 or more days before starting the stay: 100% of the deposit paid is refundable *
- * note does not apply to reservations for summer stays, for which the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Refundable deposit
- Chalet Petit: 5 000 Kč
- Chalet Grande: 15 000 Kč
- Chalet Grande and Petit: 20 000 Kč
The refundable security deposit is used to possibly cover the costs of damages caused by the Accommodation. The refundable deposit can be paid in cash upon check-in or by bank transfer. In the same way, the deposit will be returned by the Host.
Further arrangements
The lodger is entitled to cancel the stay for the following reasons:
If the client does not pay the stay/deposit properly and on time or if other reasonable circumstances arise.
The host may terminate the guest's stay, without financial compensation, in the event that he grossly violates the house rules, and may also request financial compensation for damages caused by him. The Accommodation Provider decides on the amount of compensation.
In case of cancellation of the stay by the Host due to other events, the cancellation fee is not charged.
The Client is not entitled to apply any sanctions or equivalent claims against the Accommodation Provider due to the forced cancellation of the reservation.
Jurisdiction
All possible disputes arising in connection with the provision of accommodation by the Accommodation Provider, including the related services of the accommodation facility, are governed by Czech law and will be resolved by the competent court at the location of the Accommodation Provider, regardless of the seat/residence of the Client.
All disputed issues will be resolved by the Accommodation Provider and the Client preferably through personal or written contact, and they will consider litigation as a last resort.
The General Terms and Conditions become valid and effective on April 1, 2024.
